1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products (food and natural personal care items), returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
You may request a return or refund if:
- The product arrived damaged
- The wrong item was sent
- The product is defective or spoiled upon arrival
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- The product must be unused and unopened
- Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened food, honey, tea, coffee, creams, or soaps unless they arrived damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)
- Orders where the customer provided the wrong shipping address
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us with:

- Order number
- Photos of the product (if damaged)
- Description of the issue

4. Refunds
Once your request is approved:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
5. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect item sent
6. Shipping for Returns

7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
